		<description>I&#039;ve started using Google as my first stop for anything the breaks.  If my furnace stops working, I start out by typing in the brand and problem into Google.  If something messes up on my car I do the same thing.

Sometimes I still have to call a professional, but at least I already have a better idea of what I&#039;m talking about.  Other times I skip the professional entirely.</description>
